Look Direct is a local services directory. These terms explain how it works and what you can expect from us (and what we expect from you).
What Look Direct is (and isn't)
Look Direct is a directory. We help people find local services and give providers a page to share. That's it.
We don't facilitate transactions, take payments, arrange bookings, or guarantee anyone's work. If you hire someone you found on Look Direct, that arrangement is between you and them. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or reliability of any service listed on the site.
Look Direct is operated by Neves Seven Ltd.
Provider pages
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their page. If you say you're an insured electrician, that's on you.
We reserve the right to remove or suspend any page at our sole discretion. We won't do this lightly, but we need the option.
Your page URL (look.direct/your-name) is
first-come-first-served. Certain words are reserved (common service names,
area names, platform routes). We don't guarantee permanent availability of
any specific URL.
Verification badges, where shown, confirm identity only — they're not an endorsement of quality or competence.
Endorsements and flags
Endorsements ("I've used this provider") are the opinions of individual users, not Look Direct. We don't verify the accuracy of endorsements.
Anyone can flag a page they believe is inaccurate or inappropriate. Flagging triggers a review — it doesn't automatically remove anything.
Your content
When you add photos, descriptions, or other content to your page, you keep ownership. By posting it on Look Direct, you give us permission to display it on the site and in search results. If you delete your page, we remove your content.
Don't post anything illegal, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. The usual.
Pricing
Look Direct is currently free. If we introduce paid features in the future, we'll give you plenty of notice and you won't be charged without opting in.
Changes to these terms
We might update these terms as Look Direct evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
